Project Coordinator

Main RESPONSABILITIES
- Coordinate with field officers to prepare activities implementation, including preparing calendar of activities and logistical organization for trainings in liaison with schools’ directors, teachers and contractors;
- Liaise with partner Biladi for the implementation of the ateliers;
- Cooperate closely with Ministry of Agriculture coordinator for planning and coordination of activities and trainings;
- Supervise, in coordination with field officers, all project activities and liaise with communities, schools and Project Manager
- Coordinate with M&E department to ensure continuous monitoring and data collection
- Fulfill reporting requirement;
- Coordinate with the communication officer in order to properly document activities (Photos, small videos…) aligned with the donor’s requirements and AVSI’s communication guidelines.
- Represent AVSI in the regional meetings upon request
- Be the lead FP for the all field activities of intervention;
- Perform any other relevant duties as required.

- Project manager
STUDIES REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Agriculture engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an organization.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent computer skills;
- An understanding of youth education programs;
- Strong organizational and team working skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong documentation, research and report writing skills.
