MAIN OBJECTIVE
In charge of the implementation and follow up of the Volunteers and the activities carried out in the public schools.
Main RESPONSABILITIES
Conduct outreach activities to identify Volunteers;
Collect data about Volunteers, Schools and Children and regularly update database and all needed project tools;
Contribute to organize trainings for the identified Volunteers with the possibility to act as trainer;
Take care of administrative/logistic needs according to the project description;
Organize regular meeting with Volunteers and school directors in public schools;
Follow up on the activities in the schools by using the tools provided in the project and prepare small reports as per management request;
Maintain good and regular relationship with school directors;
Visit schools for collection of timesheet and meetings;
Participate in project staff training with other AVSI staff;
Perform other duties within the areas of the responsibility as requested by the supervisor.

STUDIES REQUIREMENTS
BS degree in education or relevant certificates
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Preferred at least 1 year experience working with NGO.

Driving license
