Business Coach

Main RESPONSABILITIES

-Participate in the elaboration of the coaching module for training and follow up, together with AVSI and the partner staff and the selected consultants;

-Conduct research on social entrepreneurship and innovation in the agri-food sector to contribute to the elaboration of the coaching module;

-Participate in the assessment and design of the beneficiaries’ entrepreneurial projects, including sites visits;

-Establish a coaching calendar (in coordination with Project Coordinator) to conduct coaching sessions with all students selected for the seed-fund, in order to develop their project (including purchase of materials), in collaboration with main implementing partner;

-Deliver to the beneficiaries the elaborated training module;

-Ensure adequate logistical and administrative procedures (contracts, procurement policy partnership agreements… ) for each selected project;  

-Conduct the planned coaching sessions to support the start of the entrepreneurial projects;

-Provide detailed reports along the period to the Project Coordinator, including quantitative data and full descriptive narrative as per the project work plan; coordinate with the colleagues and share any additional technical/social support needed by the beneficiaries;

-Perform any other relevant duties as required;

Master degree

Specialization in Business

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Business development

Experience in social work will be an asset

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Arabic Mother tongue

Good Knowledge of English and French
