Establish and enforce classroom behavior rules, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment.
Prepare and deliver lessons to meet learning objectives, adapting materials to students' interests and learning styles.
Provide individualized support and guidance to students, including one-on-one assistance for those needing extra help.
Track and assess student progress, administering various assessments and providing constructive feedback.
Foster strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Promote inclusive teaching practices and create a safe, respectful, and gender-sensitive classroom atmosphere.
Plan and deliver RS based on individual student needs, ensuring all students, including those with disabilities (CWDs), receive appropriate support and activities.
Attend training, workshops, and meetings as required, maintaining professional development and adherence to child protection principles.
Identify and report any child protection concerns, ensuring compliance with the Nabad’s policies.
Participate in comprehensive training provided by NABAD and SCI on inclusive education, social-emotional learning (SEL), and child protection.
Collaborate with other teachers, educational staff, and officers to enhance teaching strategies and student support.
Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and challenges.
Provide regular reports on students' learning outcomes and needs.
Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of the retention support program.
