The funds will be used to assist the Federation of municipalities of Tyr to build the capacities of its cultural committee while demonstrating the linkage between culture and development, namely tourism; and to alleviate various forms of psychological syndromes witnessed in southern villages through introducing/reviving culture, art and skills development.
