:مساعدة الشيف في تحضير الطعام وتقديم الأطباق

.استلام وتخزين المواد الخام بعد التأكد من جودتها -

.جمع جميع المكونات اللازمة لتحضير الأطباق -

.القيام بالأعمال التحضيرية (تقشير الخضار، تحضير الصلصات، تزيين الأطباق، إلخ) -

.المساعدة في إعادة تسخين الأطباق -

.تقطيع اللحوم والمقبلات -

.تحضير الصلصات والأطعمة البسيطة -

.مراقبة طهي الطعام -

.ترتيب الطعام في الأطباق -

 

:مساعدة الشيف لتقديم خدمة عالية الجودة

.نقل الوجبات الجاهزة إلى طاقم القاعة -

.الحفاظ على نظافة مكان العمل والمعدات المستخدمة وصيانتها -

.مراقبة وتعلم تقنيات ومأكولات الشيف -

.الاستماع إلى المديرالمباشر -

.اتباع التعليمات الممنوحة دائما -

.ضمان نظافة وجودة المنتجات المستخدمة أثناء التحضير -

 

:الاندماج ضمن الفريق

.الحفاظ على الابتسامة في العمل -

.المشاركة في اجتماعات فريق الوحدة -
