an independent non-governmental organization that seeks to strengthen economic, social and cultural relations between Arab and Chinese peoples, including government officials, civil society, productive and commercial companies, cultural and educational institutions, under the umbrella of the Belt and Road Initiative launched by Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013, with the aim of investing in the great potential available in the Arab region and China to promote economic, social, cultural and human exchange.
