Follow up the implementation of the annual plans related to children and mothers in Sidon and Tyre:

  • Work plan with the age group 4-8 years
  • Work plan with the age group 9-14 years
  • Work plan with the age group 15 years and above
  • Tutorial plan
  • Work plan with mothers of children

 

  • Follow up on the implementation of the plan funded by Qatar Charity, and follow up on reports and statements before submitting them to the administration and submitting them to the Foundation
  • Supervising the work of the educational supervision team and continuously monitoring its implementation and performance
  • Holding and managing meetings to develop annual and then quarterly plans and determine the common calendar for working with groups
  • Confirmation of the number of children monitored by the educational supervision and its details after follow-up with the administrative department
  • Intervening to solve the children’s problems and setting up a follow-up mechanism for them in coordination with the group coordinators and the mothers’ coordinator
  • Follow-up to refer some cases to educational and psychological specialists
  • Follow-up assigning children and mothers to weekly episodes and courses, and following up on their improvement through category coordinators
  • Receiving all proposals related to working with children and mothers and their activities, presenting them to the administration, and then following up on the implementation
  • Coordination with external parties regarding the activities of orphans, responding to invitations, and then following up the implementation with the work team
  • Receiving and checking reports on activities before sending them to the media department or institutions
  • Follow-up studies of seasonal activities (summer camps), check and modify them and send them to the Development Projects Department, and then follow up their implementation and related reports.
  • Develop a detailed work plan for the holy month of Ramadan and coordinate to put forward proposals for Ramadan Iftar programs, discuss them with the administration, and then follow up on implementation
  • Follow up the educational status of children and distribute them to schools and institutes with the coordinator of the educational file, and coordinate with regard to solving educational problems and providing assistance...
  • Holding periodic meetings with the team, whether collective or individual, in order to follow up and listen to the challenges and contribute to the development of work, and in order to motivate the team permanently and urge it to excel at work
  • Issuing final decisions related to plans and matters to be implemented
  • View the monthly achievements related to each file, and discuss them with the coordinators
  • Access to the files of orphans within each age group and the files of mothers
  • Coordination with the Director of the Administrative Program with regard to the new and suspended children, and coordination with regard to the financial aspect of some children.
  • Coordination with the director of the accounting department regarding the expenses of activities and aid for children, and the preparation of budget statements
  • Coordination with the director of local guarantees regarding children’s guarantees and some reports about them
  • Coordination with the seasonal project’s coordinator regarding seasonal activities for the children
