Functions

 

  • Draft Order Forms to request Nestle Water for ACTED office
  • Draft Order Forms to request stationery and cleaning material
  • Draft Order Forms to request staff IDs and Business Cards
  • Follow up with printing supplier on receiving the IDs and Business cards
  • Follow up with finance department and provide them with needed documents to ensure Landlord payments
  • Support the HR & Admin Officer in securing signatures on staff attendance sheets and contracts
  • Scan and file staff attendance sheets and contracts
  • Support HR & Admin Officer and compliance department in auditing staff files
  • Support HR & Admin Manager in drafting and renewing premises and Guest House lease contracts and maintenance agreements when necessary
  • Support the HR & Admin Manager on preparing Visa files for international staff
  • Participate in the planning of HR related events like team building activity, code of conduct training, etc.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

 

  • % of Order Forms drafted on time
  • % of landlord paid on time
  • % of landlord satisfaction with communication
  • % of staff attendance sheets and contract audited, scanned, and filed correctly
