Peace of Art invites qualified suppliers to submit tenders for a mobile ready house (2x6 meters) designed for campsite use. The house will serve as an outdoor mini-kitchen and a small bathroom. under its project “Roots to Rivers”, in collaboration with WeWorld.

General Requirements

Structure and Materials:

Dimensions: 6m (L) x 2m (W) x 3.2 m (H) internal

Frame: Galvanized steel or aluminum

Walls: Insulated sandwich panels

Roof: Insulated with waterproof membrane, space for water tank

Flooring: Parquet

Openings:

Windows: 2 aluminum double-glazed windows (1.2m x 1m), 2 smaller operable windows (0.6m x 0.4m)

Door: Insulated, lockable exterior door

Mini-Kitchen Area:

Countertop: Built-in sink, space for a mini-fridge, space for a 2-burner stove, space for a microwave

Storage: Overhead and under-counter cabinets

Lighting: LED ceiling and task lights

Electrical Outlets: Multiple outlets for appliances

Fixtures: Shower, cassette toilet, small sink

Ventilation: Exhaust fan

Supply: 220 V with standard campsite plug

Drainage: To be connected to an installed underground tank in the premises

Solar Power: Will be connected from the premises
