Description:

Anera is seeking professional service providers for print materials and stationery supplies to support the implementation of its project activities and administrative work in Lebanon.

Interested Service Providers can apply for both Print Materials and Stationery or Only one of them. We plan to have a Long Term Agreement (LTA) -Two Years- with the service provider(s).

 

Bidders Eligibility: A Bidder shall meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in Anera procurement of Services:

  1. All bidding vendors must be registered in the Ministry of Finance (a copy of the Commercial registration, MOF Certificate and VAT Certificate should be submitted with the offer)
  2. The bidder has a minimum of 3 years of good working experience in the requested service in Lebanon (Please fill Annex 1 and 1.1).
  3. The bidder shall be committed to the availability of the attached items upon request from Anera . Please clearly indicate if any of the items are not available.
  4. The bidder shall ensure that the price will be fixed during the LTA.

All bidders must fill the attached BOQs (any other sheet/form filled will not be accepted), The Attached form should be signed, stamped and emailed to P[email protected] . The forms should be sent as PDF and Word.

Deadline for Submission: 20 March 2024 at 4 PM. All offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Only shortlisted suppliers will be contacted.
