LRPS-2024-9192846- LTA for Car Rental Services

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2024-9192846 for the establishment of Long-Term Arrangements for Car Rental Services for the period of 2 years with a possibility of extension for one additional year, as per attached Annex 1- TOR and Annex 2- Pricing List (request it by sending an email to [email protected])

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY ([email protected]) no later than Wednesday 02 October 2024, 12:00pm.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2024-9192846) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2024-9192846) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY ([email protected]g & [email protected]) by 18 September 2024 the latest. Inquiries through phone call will not be considered.
