The Microsoft Office Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, employing proven teaching techniques, to empower the beneficiaries with a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Office applications.

shareQ is seeking qualified and experienced Microsoft Office Skills Trainers to submit their offers for providing comprehensive training services to our beneficiaries. The primary goal of this training is to equip them with essential skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling them to enhance their productivity and efficiency in professional settings.

 

Training Subjects Should Include:

 

 
  • Introduction to Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel: Training should encompass core concepts, formulas, functions, data analysis, charts, and data visualization.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: Training should include creating impactful presentations, using multimedia elements, slide transitions, and presenting confidently.
  • Introduction to Microsoft Outlook

 

Responsibilities And Main Duties:

 

 

The selected Microsoft Office Skills Trainer shall perform the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-training assessments to gauge the existing level of proficiency of each candidate in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Can enhance or update training content, tailored to the specific needs of our beneficiaries, for each application mentioned above.
  • Facilitate hands-on practice sessions and real-world simulations to ensure effective learning and skill development.
  • Monitor and track the progress of learners throughout the training program, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Offer ongoing support and address any queries or difficulties faced by the beneficiaries during and after the training.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the progress and performance of the participants.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

 

To be eligible for this tender, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Digital Skills Training, Computer Science or a relevant position.
  • Proficiency in teaching techniques specific to Microsoft Office applications and demonstrable expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
