The Deputy Health Project Manager (DHPM) has overall responsibility for the management of the field team to implement and to strengthen the service provision of quality primary health care, PHCC activities, community activities, nutrition or MHPSS activities within PU-AMI Health projects. The latter includes ensuring the timeliness, high quality, and effectiveness of all health activities at the PHCC level and community level, including developing the new component of nutrition and MPHSS in accordance with the timeframe defined by different donors.

The part-time Communication Advisor will be an integral member of the Grants & Communication Department.
The Communication Advisor’s objectives are to create, implement, supervise, monitor and evaluate communication activities. S/he will also maintain a close working relationship with the Consortium Coordinator to support the implementation of the program’s communication plan.

Under the technical and direct supervision of the Protection Coordinator, the Gender Based Violence (GBV) Specialist will primarily focus on capacity building initiatives and GBV mainstreaming within the organization, ensuring that quality standards are met and providing guidance and training to PU-AMI and implementing partners’ staff in the different locations of interventions (i.e. Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Akkar, Tripoli/T5, and South).

The objective of this new position is to make sure that quality standards are met in the implementation of humanitarian intervention, by making recommendations improving the functioning of support department (Logistics, Administration and Finances, Human Resources and cross cutting coordination).

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the HR strategy, policies and procedures at mission level in addition to the good management of the human resources and the related administrative/legal records for PU-AMI’s mission in Lebanon. He/she is responsible for the good HR management of national employees within the framework of the country legislation, HR policies of PU-AMI and donors requirements.
He/she is also responsible for the administrative HR management of expatriates.

The Procurement Officer supports the Logistics Coordinator in the planning, implementation and follow-up of procurements. S/he provides support and recommendations to improve the efficiency of the purchasing process at mission level.

The objective of this Risk and Compliance Officer position is to make sure that quality standards are met in the implementation of humanitarian intervention, by conducting internal audits, assisting in the preparation for the external audits and visiting the bases to do spot checks whenever needed.
S/he will also assist the Compliance Specialist in providing technical reference for the bases in Lebanon about standards to be reached in terms of controls, processes, compliance to the organization’s procedures, Donors’ procedures and good practices.
