The Information Management Officer (IM Officer) position provides general data management and reporting support to operational departments. The aim of the position is to ensure high standards of accountability and visibility on project progress and enable proper centralization of data relating to the project activities.
The IM Officer will support all members of the project teams through provision of relevant data and lists, whilst at the same time storing data and records and providing regular reports to the MEAL Manager and the Information Management Specialist as required.

Under the direct supervision of the MHPSS Coordinator, the MHPSS Specialist will be in responsibility of overseeing, coordinating, and increasing the capacity of the MHPSS services provided in health care settings and other potential contexts based on the PU-AMI’s programming.

The Deputy Health Project Manager (DHPM) has overall responsibility for the management of the field team to implement and to strengthen the service provision of quality primary health care, PHCC activities, community activities, nutrition or MHPSS activities within PU-AMI Health projects. The latter includes ensuring the timeliness, high quality, and effectiveness of all health activities at the PHCC level and community level, including developing the new component of nutrition and MPHSS in accordance with the timeframe defined by different donors.

The Logistics Manager is in charge of the overall management of the logistics department activities at base level. The Logistics Manager will work under the technical supervision of the Logistics Coordinator based in Coordination and the management supervision of the Field Coordinator.

The Humanitarian Affairs Advisor (HAA) supports the Field Coordinator to facilitate implementation of activities and ensure coordinated humanitarian access, b:
 Monitoring the humanitarian context, identifiying the potential constraints and/or changes that may impact proper access to the assisted populations in the areas of intervention;
 Supporting the security & safety management of activites, staff and premises for all Akkar and Tripoli operations
 Liaising on constant basis with key stakeholders (donors, municipalities, associations, government, etc.)

The Logistics Officer supports the Logistics activities of PU-AMI North bases, with a specific focus on procurement and Stock management and coordinates with all technical departments under the management of the Area Logistics Manager.

Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Field Coordinator (DFC), technical supervision of the Protection Coordinator and overall supervision of the Field Coordinator (FC), the Protection Program Manager is in charge of overseeing and coordinating the implementation of protection programs and provide technical oversight of all protection activities, ensuring that quality and standards are met and monitoring their smooth implementation.

PU-AMI promotes humanitarian access and dialogue with all components of the civil society and reinforces the capacity of each vulnerable community (refugees, vulnerable host community) to become self-reliant and resilient, by responding to immediate needs and strengthening their socio-economic empowerment.
