In the framework of these activities on the field, Première Urgence Internationale is looking for an experienced Photographer, Videographer and Video Editor to showcase the ongoing programs. Pictures, Videos and testimonies collected and/or edited by the Videographer will enable the organization to successfully keep implementing these activities.

The overall purpose of this TOR is to outline the tasks of the IT Officer who will play a vital role in the development and implementation of digital health for Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCC) services through Phenics. The IT Officer will contribute to the digitalization efforts, ensuring the successful deployment and utilization of the applications to enhance healthcare accessibility and streamline service delivery.

The overarching goal of this consultancy is to advance the patient-end interfaces of both Phenics apps, incorporating advanced features to elevate patient engagement, healthcare access, and the quality of care, specifically targeting the PHCC and community levels.

The overall objective of this consultancy is to develop a comprehensive guidebook on nursing practices in PHCC settings that addresses a wide spectrum of topics. Additionally, the consultant will conduct a workshop to present the guidebook to relevant PHCC staff for effective implementation.

Under the AFD project, which aims at strengthening access to a quality, inclusive and a resilient health care system, the consultant is expected to design material that is catchy to the eye and easy to read & comprehend in the context of health promotion and community health activities and campaigns.
