Support the implementation of DSP program in Lebanon
Accompany SAD families and children with the objective of strengthening their social safety net by engaging them in a supportive relation and providing access to Education/CP/Basic Assistance/recreational etc.

Plans, prepares, and implements lesson plans and instructional materials.

Work in the Community Engagement and Accountability (CEA) team . he is responsible for supporting AVSI Leb. in strengthening its AAP framework. This includes building AAP understanding & capacity across the org. strategy, as well as including AAP perspectives in the design, implementation & monitoring of Education and Livelihoods interventions. He/She will contribute to AVSI community-based approach. This includes building CEA understanding & capacity across the org. strategy, as well as including risk communication and community engagement in the implementation and monitoring interventions

Manage and coordinate the information flow across various programs, projects and accountability within the organization, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the MEAL department in achieving its objectives.

The MEAL Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of the M&E component of several of AVSI’ projects. He/her will directly report to the MEAL manager. The objective is to coordinate several projects and several staff among the MEAL department. Support the MEAL manager to accomplish his objective and support for decision making of the mission in Lebanon.

Under the framework of ISOSEP program, funded to AICS by the EU MADAD, AVSI will support 16 SDCs in Mount Lebanon, Bekaa, Nabatieh and South Governorates with the aim of improving their operational capacities in delivering direct services to the community and referring cases to a network of secondary service providers in the different areas. The project will be launched in November 2023 and it is expected to be completed in December 2024 (13 months).
The Project Manager will be responsible of the overall management and coordination of project activities, supervising the project field staff.

The Education Coordinator will follow up the daily implementation of the activities according to the work plan. In addition will ensure active relation with AVSI partners, local stakeholders and school principles. The education coordinator will be responsible to follow up on the activities implemented in the centers and schools.

To manage all activities that are part of the Organization objective and goals. To manage a team of people, which involves both the engagement and development of these people and working with the management team.
The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. This position will also interact with the Board of Directors.
