Contractor Engineer Consultant – WASH Infrastructure Rehabilitation in Nabatieh and Baabda Districts, Lebanon.

The recent conflict has severely damaged water infrastructure, affecting over 25 facilities in the South and disrupting clean water access for 300,000 people, including 125,000 children. This has heightened the risk of waterborne diseases and public health concerns, especially in high-returnee areas.
With 70% of returnees in Nabatieh district, urgent rehabilitation of water points, improved storage solutions, and emergency preparedness measures are needed. This project will restore essential services and enhance community resilience.

AVSI, under the framework of its different projects in the MENA region is launching this international tender to secure competitive proposals to select Vendor(s) to supply “Ticketing and Hotels Services”. All qualified and interested Vendors are invited to submit their proposals.

Under the framework of the Elissa program, funded to AICS by the EU MADAD, AVSI will support 14 SDCs in Nabatiyeh and South Governorates with the aim of improving their operational capacities in delivering direct services to the community & referring cases to a network of secondary service providers in the different areas.
The PM will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of project activities, supervising the project field staff.
The PM will also contribute to the development of AVSI Program strategy in the country and to the identification of new funding opportunitie

Speech and Language Therapist

AVSI is implementing a project to deliver psychosocial support to children with learning difficulties or disabilities in 4 private schools in Nabatiyeh. We aim to enhance the well-being and academic performance of children through targeted psychosocial interventions. Through delivery of school-based speech and language therapeutic intervention, the inclusion of children with disabilities will be facilitated using Twin-Track Approach of support.
The Speech & Language Therapist will be responsible for providing specialized intervention to children with learning difficulties
