AVSI Lebanon has received grants from multiple donors for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation. Therefore, it is the intention of AVSI to enter into a Framework Agreement, for a period of 24 months, for the provision of a medical insurance coverage for its staff.

AVSI is an Italian NGO working in Lebanon since 1996, registered with the Ministry of Interior in 2006 under decree nb. 17194. Since 2013, AVSI and UNICEF have worked together, with different partnership agreements to identify, refer and integrate out-of-school children into the formal education system, as well as to provide non-formal education (NFE) alternatives. As part of the collaboration between AVSI and UNICEF a Road Safety Campaign program is being implemented to target the risks children are facing reaching schools and NFE centers.

This TOR is intend to consultants’ experts in safety on the roads, having qualification and previous field experience to support and advise on road safety measures.

On behalf and in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE), AVSI representing 11 NGOs: World Vision, Save the Children, War Child Holland, Sawa for Dev & Aid, Fratelli, JRS, NRC, PARD, Ahlam Laje’, SEED & Tahaddi is launching a national tender for the selection of one supplier to procure CBECE books (details in the Annex A) to be used within the collaboration of the said NGOs with MEHE to implement the Community based Early childhood education activities in Lebanon in line with RACE (Reaching All Children with Education).

Therefore, it is the intention of AVSI to enter into a Framework Agreement, for a period of 24 months, for the provision of travel and ticketing services as detailed in the Invitation to Bid document.
