Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination:
    • Act as the main liaison between clients and the Agri Agro 360̊   services, guiding them through the process from initial consultation to project completion.
    • Set an action plan that includes detailed intervention description and duration of intervention.
    • Fill the MOU and have it signed.
    • Collect fees and hand receipt.
  • Scheduling & Facilitation: Schedule meetings and consultations with industry experts, ensuring that clients are paired with the right specialists for their needs. Organize training sessions, events, and workshops related to the Agri and Agro sectors.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with our in-house technical experts, labs, and testing facilities, ensuring that all necessary services are delivered on time and in line with project goals.
  • Communication & Follow-up:

-Ensure effective communication between clients and service providers by tracking progress, providing updates, and following up on outstanding tasks.

-Engage with key media outlets

-Follow up social media

-Participate in industry events

-Produce educational materials

-Collaborate with academic institutions and agricultural bodies.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project timelines, and deliverables. Prepare progress reports for internal use and for clients.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Assist in tracking the progress of each client’s journey and gathering feedback to measure the service’s impact and identify areas for improvement. Report to CCIAT and BIAT about the program’s successes, failures, threats, and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with external experts, suppliers, governmental agencies, and certification bodies, ensuring a strong network of resources for the Agri Agro 360̊   clients.
  • Program Development: Provide input on the continuous improvement of the Agri Agro 360 service, based on client feedback and industry trends.

• Educational Background: o Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Experience: o 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in agribusiness, agrofood processing, or entrepreneurial support programs. o Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, coordinating schedules, and facilitating service delivery. • Organizational Skills: o Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, schedules, and client interactions simultaneously. • Communication Skills: o Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to effectively coordinate between clients and experts. • Teamwork & Collaboration: o A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical experts, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery. • Client Relationship Management: o Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and coordinating the necessary services. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with Lebanese agriculture and agrofood processing sectors. • Knowledge of business incubation and entrepreneurial support programs. • Experience in managing stakeholder networks, including governmental agencies and technical experts.
