Accountability and Complexity 

Assist in the validation/distribution process at the beginning of the project (Identification of target, distribution activities, design and implementation of activities). 

Conduct Homework Support Groups (HSGs) and remedial education based on students’ individual needs daily. 

Develop remedial plans based on student’s learning needs.  

Plan extra-curricular activities that encourage creativity and social interaction with children. 

Create a child-friendly environment including decorations, seating, playing games, etc 

Prepare/provide story-reading sessions monthly. 

Organize/participate in the “Dialog Club” gathering. 

Conduct field visits to children’s caregivers for follow-up whenever needed (Monitoring absences). 

Attend the staff meetings and any other meetings requested by the management team (PM, PC, ETL or ECO). 

Attend trainings requested by the management team (PM, PC, ETL or ECO). 

Actively participate in MEAL activities (VAM assessments, data reflection meetings, and learning events). 

Improve teaching skills based on the Education Technical Lead and Education Center Officer’s feedback. 

 

Reporting and Documentation 

Monitor/fill the attendance of the children daily and inform the Education Center Officer about any absenteeism (submission of the signed absenteeism reports on weekly basis). 

Identify/refer cases of children who are identified to have any protection risks to the Education Center Officer (ECO). 

Monitor/report any incident that happens inside the classroom. 

Communicate and interact with parents, Education Assistants, and students when needed. 

Design, plan, and implement Social Cohesion activities. 

 

Coordination:  

Assist the Education Center Officer in collecting midterms and final certificates. 

Assist Education Center Officer in reporting, in addition to drafting success stories.

Ensures that behavior inside and outside of work promotes the values in RI’s code of conduct and safeguarding policies  

Acts with integrity and holds themselves accountable for being respectful, inclusive, and professional 

Reports any concerns.
