External Consultant for Digitalization Training (NGO Project Monitoring)
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in digitization training, project monitoring, and database management, particularly in humanitarian or NGO settings.
• Proven track record in using Microsoft Office, Canvas, Adobe, and other digital tools.
• Strong knowledge of the local context and experience working in Lebanon or similar regions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (training delivered in Arabic; reports in English).
• Ability to design training materials, conduct evaluations, and generate practical outcomes.

Duty Station/Location: Bourj Al Barajneh Palestinian Camp, Beirut, Lebanon
• Deliver 6 sessions (30 hours total) of in-person training on digitizing processes for project monitoring.
• Train PWHO staff on the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Canvas, and Adobe tools for creating digital databases and communication materials.
• Develop training materials and evaluation reports in collaboration with project coordinator.
• Implement practical tools for automating data collection, minimizing errors, and improving overall efficiency in project tracking.
