Curriculum Developer

The Curriculum Developer focuses on planning, designing, and structuring educational content related to various digital topics, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and standards. The selected candidate is responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences using pedagogical methods and digital tools to deliver content effectively.

• Develop and structure curriculum materials that align with educational standards and learning objectives for various digital topics and different target audiences.
• Integrate appropriate digital tools, technologies, and platforms into the curriculum to enhance the learning experience.
• Create engaging, interactive, and multimedia-rich content to ensure effective knowledge delivery and retention.
• Ensure all digital content complies with educational frameworks such as ISTE and DigComp.
• Develop assessments and evaluations that effectively measure learners' understanding of digital topics.
• Continuously review, update, and improve digital content based on feedback and technological advancements.
• Ensure the quality delivery of content that meets the objectives of the curriculum.
• Attend ongoing TOT, meetings, and various committees.
• Stay informed and up-to-date on new research regarding emerging technologies, courses, and methodologies in digital learning, and share findings with the team.

Skills and Competencies: 

• Familiarity with global educational standards and frameworks, such as ISTE and DigComp or similar.
• Proficient in digital tools such as Moodle, Canvas, Microsoft 365, and content creation platforms.
  Experience working with a range of digital tools, multimedia content, and interactive learning platforms.
• Prior experience collaborating with educators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts.
• Deep understanding of current trends and best practices in digital education and e-learning.
• Knowledge of creating effective digital assessments and methods to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Understanding of learning theories and how to apply them in digital content development.
