1‐ GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Under the direct supervision of the Head of the PHC Department at MoPH, the Technical Officer will support the MoPH in the coordination and management of several health projects being implemented in PHCCs across the country through the PHC department.
The Technical Officer will support the central PHC activities of the MoPH. S/he will be supporting in the follow up on implementation of PHC project activities by ensuring the compliance of the implemented activities with current policies and regulations, supporting in the preparation of SOPs for the department, maintaining close communication with INGOs involved in the activities, and other tasks as assigned.

2‐ RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
1. Ensure the timely and effective execution of project plans and compliance with the relevant heath policies, regulations, and procedures of Lebanon;
2. Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of project work plans according to project goals and objectives;
3. Support in the preparation of key materials to support in the development of the LPSP and associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
4. Assist in budget planning and monitoring, ensuring efficient utilization of project funds;
5. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project partners, including UN agencies, INGOs, and other stakeholders;
6. Collaborate closely with partners to facilitate information sharing, joint planning to identify technical challenges and propose solutions;
7. Assist the head of PHCC department in day-to-day project implementation including the organization of internal and external meetings;
8. Support the Project Manager in preparing for presentations, training workshops, and any other events;
9. Work closely with the M&E team to implement and review monitoring and evaluation framework and indicators to track project progress and outcomes;
10. Develop monthly reports, this includes qualitative, and quantitative reports and report findings and gaps to the Project Manager

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic, (speaking/reading/writing). French is an asset.
➢ Education Degree and Work experience:
- Bachelor degree in Public Health, Quality Management, or Health Management.
- A Master degree in Public Health, Quality Management, and Health Management is a plus.
- Three years of progressive experience in management and coordination of health programs in Lebanon including knowledge of national regulations or related field
- Experience in the primary health care sector is an asset
➢ Computer Skills: Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and Spreadsheets.
➢ Interest: Work in relief.
➢ Transversal skills:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
2. Strong organizational and project management abilities
3. Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to foresee problems and initiate appropriate action;
4. Strong report writing skills;
5. Experience in working with different project’s tasks within short deadlines.
