To ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of this initiative, we have established specific eligibility criteria for prospective applicants :

1- Eligible NGOs must be legally registered as non-profit organizations, NGOs or civil society organizations (CSOs) in their respective countries or regions. Legal registration is a fundamental requirement that demonstrates compliance with local regulations and a commitment to transparency and accountability.

2 - Applicants should demonstrate a clear alignment between their mission and the objectives of the digital transformation initiative. Priority will be given to organizations whose missions focus on social impact, community development, humanitarian aid, environmental conservation, or related fields.

3 - Applicants must showcase a genuine commitment to embracing digitalization as a strategic priority. This entails a willingness to adopt digital tools, invest in staff training, and integrate technology into their programs and operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

4 - NGOs should also have the necessary technical, human, and financial resources to implement digital solutions effectively. This includes access to reliable internet connectivity, adequate hardware and software infrastructure.

Finally, it's worth noting that as part of our commitment to supporting NGOs in their digital transformation journey, we are pleased to announce that one NGO will receive free transformation into digitalization. This opportunity will be awarded to the first NGO that applies and meets all the eligibility criteria outlined above.
