Invitation to Bid - LITB-2023-9186852 - LTA for WASH Family Hygiene Kit & Hygiene Items

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new bid # LITB-2023-9186852 for the establishment of Long-Term Arrangement for WASH Family Hygiene Kit & Hygiene Items for the period of 2 years with possibility of extension for 1 additional year, as per attached tender document, Annex 1- Pricing Annex, and Annex 2- Kit Content.

Kindly use the attached Pricing Annex for pricing. Please submit it in both; excel and signed PDF formats without making any modification on it and make sure you mention your capacity and delivery time.

This tender is targeted for local suppliers only.

Offers should be sent to the following secured email ONLY: "[email protected]". Subject line of the email should indicate: ITB number (LITB-2023-9186852) and the name of your company.

Samples to be submitted within the deadline to our premises in SAMA Beirut, Sodeco, Achrafieh, 4th floor – Supply Section. Kit & items to be well packed and labeled with your company name and ITB # LITB-2023-9186852. Failure to do so, tender submission will be considered incompliant.

IMPORTANT - ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Offers must be received by latest 12:00 pm (Beirut time) on Monday 27.11.2023 and will be opened the same day at 12:30pm (Beirut time). Offers received after the specified date and time or sent to another email address will be invalidated.

All requests for clarifications or queries on this ITB must be submitted in writing to the following email addresses: ([email protected] ; [email protected]) by 15 November, the latest. please make sure that the email mentions the ITB reference number (LITB-2023-9186852).
