LOST is seeking to recruit a Co-Facilitator in Baalbeck to support the BASATINE Project
Co-facilitator Profile
-Co-facilitators should be from the targeted communities or possess an acute knowledge of the targeted communities/regions
- Co-facilitators should have 1 year of relevant experience in co-facilitating training, especially delivered to illiterate or vulnerable populations.
- Previous experience in livelihood projects is a plus.
Competencies
- Good facilitation skills, is culture aware and gender-sensitive
- Good interpersonal skills, provides a friendly environment
- Good conflict management skills, knows how to diffuse potential tensions quickly
- Organizational skills, knows how to plan ahead
- Time management skills, knows how to implement timely the training as per set calendars and allows time for questions and discussions.
