LPDC is recruiting a project research intern to assist in writing project proposals, briefs and concept notes in collaboration with partners.

The Lebanese Palestinian Dialogue Committee (LPDC) deals with the Palestinian refugees' affairs in Lebanon. The Committee serves as a focal point between the Palestinian refugees, and the local and international stakeholders, and provides policy recommendations to the Government of Lebanon, based on the national interests of the Lebanese people and the rights of Palestinian refugees to live in dignity and respect, until their right of return is realized.
LPDC is looking for a part-time intern to assist with writing project proposals and documents to be submitted to partners in the United Nations and the international scene. The intern will work with the Research, Liaison and Communication units of LPDC to conduct research on topics related to ongoing projects, and assist in writing briefs, background notes, content for the LPDC website, project proposals and budgets. The intern is expected to gain knowledge on varied issues related to Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, on the UN system and partnerships with the governmental and non-governmental sectors, and drafting skills related to policy and practical project proposal and budgeting in the policy-making sphere.
