This tender covers civil works with an emphasis on Sewage/stormwater pipe networking and Rehabilitation of schools. 

Sewage/stormwater pipe networking Project  

This project primarily addresses environmental concerns. The massive influx of refugees has added strain to an already deteriorating infrastructure system, which is now having its last gasp. The proposed solution involves creating a master plan to construct new separate piping systems for sewage and stormwater. The project will have a positive impact on the environment by reducing pollution and the contamination of the seas and water bodies. In addition, the project will solve the flooding problem that occurs seasonally during winter. 

Committed to enhancing the social stability condition in Lebanon, INTERSOS in coordination with donors will implement CSP projects in the most vulnerable municipalities where Peaceful Coexistence is much needed. The selection of the projects was based upon the incompetence of the municipalities to provide basic infrastructure services for all of their various residing communities.

The projects of 2023 emphasize the importance of energy, water, and the environment as well as the correlation between them.
