Project Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
· Create weekly schedule of activities in the different shelters
· Conduct community needs assessment to identify areas of intervention
· Organize and perform monthly medical mobile unit activities in the shelters
· Document the data collected during MMU campaigns
· Plan and implement the distribution activities when required
· Produce weekly and monthly reports on the achievements of the different activity indicators
· Keep track and proper documentation of patient files and cases
· Follow up with patients referred to the primary health care center and generate reports of the provided consultations and services
· Provide logistic and technical support during field activities
· Maintain a good network of coordination and collaboration with shelter actors and referral partners
· Capture success stories and provide materials and report them to the program coordinator
· Follow up on the beneficiaries under the project, in terms of medical care provided and interventions required
· Direct the referred cases to secondary care or specialized care and close follow up on the case management
· Maintain communication with hospitals
· Conduct systematic quality monitoring to validate data
· Strong ability to observe, analyze, take initiative and report to the Program Coordinator
Qualifications and Competencies:
Preferably master’s degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Nursing, public health or any other medical field, 2-3 years of experience in health teams’ supervision
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Good communication skills
· Skillful time management and efficiency in task accomplishment
