Description:
- Developing an effective Monitoring and Evaluation system and tools for the implemented programs;
- Provide leadership and direction on M&E to ensure that the program achieves its goals and corresponding objectives and targets
- Monitor field activities based on project implementation plan using the agreed M&E tools
- Conduct regular (weekly or monthly) visits to the training centers
- Ensure quality of data through data verification procedures, including routine data quality audits
- Actively participate in implementation and coordination meetings
- Provide inputs on project reports and publications upon request from the manager.
- Provide M&E verbal and written reports on a weekly basis to the manager.
- Assist the reporting officer in drafting monthly, quarterly, annual reports, in conjunction with program team, according to requirements.
