TENDER PURPOSE:
As part of NRC’s Cholera Emergency WASH Program currently being implemented in the South region of Lebanon, NRC aims to support Saida Governmental Hospital by providing laundry machines to improve their hygiene process.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to [email protected] at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
MANNER OF SUBMISSION
NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the above submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box website - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package. Any Open bid received by email will be eliminated from the bid evaluation process.
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in separate designated fields, otherwise, your offer will be disqualified.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.

All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
