Responsibilities and Tasks:
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinate connections with donors about the mentioned activities and projects (preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions).
- Maintain timely and accurate records and database entries.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinate with the staff members of nonprofit organizations to schedule fundraising events.
- Review and approve applications for charitable donations from potential donors.
- Tracking donor activity over time to ensure continued interest in the organization’s mission, and encouraging repeat giving through various means such as newsletters or special events.
- Developing and implementing goals and strategies to increase donations from current donors and attract new donors.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential donors to cultivate interest in and support for the organization’s mission.
- Events coordination.
- Coordinate with the executive director or other senior staff members to ensure a successful event.
