Codi is looking to hire a passionate, organised, and analytical individual who can join the team as a Partnerships Manager to support Codi’s drive to scale. This is a multi-faceted role across key areas of responsibility and will require excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. This role will report primarily to Codi’s Founder and will be based in Codi’s Beirut HQ (map).
Responsibilities & Tasks
Partnerships & Grants
- Research, lead and strategise grants in alignment with Codi’s scaling objectives and budget needs
- Manage communication with partners / donors (incl. Impact reporting, follow ups and feedback loops)
- Curate reliable network of recruitment partners (local NGOs) with a particular focus on target minorities (e.g. women / refugees / rural audiences) across all key regions
- Curate reliable network of employer partners (national and global) for Core alumni
- Curate reliable network of partners (national and global) for Core student projects and internships
- Support Head of Pedagogy in curating life-skills curriculum for Core cohorts (across locations)
- Design and develop quarterly Codi newsletter (MailChimp) and grow audience / reach
- Support Clodi Management in creating content for strategic meetings or pitching events
- Ensure all partnership and grants processes are continuously documented
Impact Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
- Lead qualitative monitoring and evaluation of current Core students through bi-monthly interviews and data capture in student self-assessment surveys
- Lead quantitative monitoring and evaluation of current Core students (through self-assessment surveys and feedback loops)
- Lead quantitative monitoring and evaluation of Core alumni according to impact framework on quarterly basis
- Support the finalisation of Codi’s impact M&E model (with support of Data Engineer) to generate required analysis and data visualisations for tracked indicators
- Ensure all M&E processes are continuously documented
Profile Requirements
- Enthusiastic, motivated, multi-tasking, precise, proactive, autonomous, organised and dependable
- Fast-learner, happy to work independently and good teamplayer with a “can do” attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft / Google products (especially Excel and Sheets)
- Strong customer focus; excellent problem solving, time management and analytical skills
Candidate - What we look for
- Fluency in English (Arabic & French preferred but not required)
- Ability to participate within a multidisciplinary team and act autonomously as relevant
- Analytics and business development experience (preferred)
