Key Responsibilities:

To supervise the remedial education activities of Al Mobader Association center.

Coordination and follow up visits to UNRWA schools, Community and CBOs.

- Prepare, in coordination with the center staff, work plans with clear objectives and achievement benchmarks, long-term and short-term priorities, implementation plans and evaluation tools.

- Update, in collaboration with the team, the outputs of the program and propose adjustments if necessary for on-going activities.

- In collaboration with the Data Responsible person and Monitoring and Evaluation officer, TDH- Italy
Area Focal Point, ensure monitoring and evaluation plans are fully understood by center team and that data is collected with high quality within the deadlines.

- Support in the recruitment of education staff for center positions.

- Support in logistics processes such as procurement, store and distribution of stock supplies and services for the timely delivery of project objectives.

- Liaise with finance and administration department to support the successful implementation of the project activities.

- Follow up visits to the beneficiaries.

- Follow up on all the activities related to the project.

- Developing intervention strategies to increase academic success.

- Assist teachers and administrators in dealing with behavioral or attitude issues by communicating with students / parents.

- Maintain case files and reports to track student problems and progress and to recognize patterns in behavior.

- To participate in all training offered by Al Mobader Association, TDH IT and UNICEF.

- To pursue continuous professional development, in order to keep up with the latest methodologies
that enhance work progress.

- Ensure a strict adherence to Child Protection Policy (including respect for confidentiality, and adopting a child-centered approach). 

Being at least vaccinated by the first dose or having an appointment for vaccination.

Good knowledge of computer skills; mainly MS Office.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

 Job Procedures:

Shortlisted Candidates will be invited for a Technical Test (60% of total Grade) & interview (40%
of total grade) conducted in English.

- Priority will be given to fully qualify registered Palestinian refugees’ candidates residing in Beddawi Area.

- Only the top 05 ranked candidates in the technical test will be invited for the interview.
