Key Responsibilities: Most of them are administrative and supervisory:
1.
Partially perform his duties as a primary health care physician if he is a doctor.
2.
Managing the affairs of the work team at Center.
3.
Leading the health care team in the spirit of one team and effective communication with
everyone who works in the center, and providing an atmosphere and atmosphere
that allows comfort, confidence and reassurance.

Take the necessary and appropriate measures with regard to environmental sanitation and communicable and endemic diseases such as epidemiological investigation and preventive environmental measures, in partnership with the work team and in coordination with the concerned officialauthorities (municipalities, ministries...)

Supervising effective participation innational campaigns, seasons activities, special occasions and emergency situations.

Supervising the center's suggestions and complaints box and discussing them with the center's workers.

Preparing statistics and final reports (monthly, quarterly, annual and upon request) on the progress of work in the center in addition to the proposals and recommendations for its improvement, submitting them to the competent authorities, and working to achieve them.

Participation in the preparation of research and studies carried out by the management of the primary health care center or with the participation of other bodies such as the Ministry of Health, universities and other scientific bodies.
29. Maintain professional confidentiality and privacy in all matters relating to beneficiaries and workers.

Preparing an annual feasibility study (a balance sheet) that shows the center’s basic needs for the workflow and its financial costs, in addition to the new costs expected to implement any new project or program to improve the quality of services provided and developing them, or to provide new services.
32. Searching for funding sources to achieve what was mentioned in the feasibility study.
33. Develop a time supervision plan for the implementation of the annual feasibility study and follow up its implementation in an effective and reasonable cost with quality assurance.

36. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports showing the expenses and aspects of their disbursement.
37. Develop the annual and routine statistics submitted to the Ministry of Health (for example, straws, medicines...).
38. Supervising the identification of the health centers' needs for medical devices, non-good equipment and furniture, and working to complete them.
39. Securing the center's material needs, including the equipment and supplies necessary for its operation (medical equipment, medicines, office supplies, cleaning tools and materials, maintenance and repair supplies...).

Supervising the financial accounting records in the center, monitoring imports and expenditures, setting the center’s annual budget, supervising its disbursement in accordance with the general financial system of the department to which the center belongs, and supervising the accuracy of its application.
41. Supervising the organization of payment schedules and disbursing them to their beneficiaries according to clear daily, monthly and quarterly invoices, paying all the financial benefits of the center’s employees (salaries and attachments) on time, in addition to executing official department payments (income tax on salaries and wages, social security...). Subscriptions and contributions.
42. Providing essential medicines according to the list established by the Ministry of Health, on a continuous basis and in sufficient quantity for the beneficiariesof the center.
