Description: 
  • Help in the outreach of youth groups from Saida old city and the neighborhood.
  • Prepare life skills sessions according to the action plan of the Project and Create a detailed plan to complete the sessions for all the youth groups on time.
  • Conduct a needs assessment for the beneficiaries to build a relevant curriculum.
  • Train youth on importance of education, empowerment, taking decisions, leadership
  • Report on weekly basis to the Project Director about the progress of the youth groups.
  • Help youth identifying initiatives that benefit their community.
  • Engage youth with interactive sessions to improve their communication skills.
  • Prepare youth to advertise and defend their initiatives and link them to relevant stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Life Skills trainings.
  • Excellent social and personal relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent English technical words knowledge.
