Concern Worldwide is an Irish International NGO working in the world’s poorest countries. Concern Worldwide Lebanon intends to establish a Framework Agreement with service providers for the provision of Vehicle Rental (with drivers and fuel) in Halba, Tripoli, and Beirut to implement its programs with financial assistance from its various donors such as UNHCR, Irish Aid, and BPRM.
