MAP mission: Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement, in the occupied Palestinian territory and Lebanon.
Job purpose: Data entry and administrative work-related to MAP’s Maternal and Child Health project.
Location: Nahr el Bared Palestinian camp. The job includes office work with home-visits to mothers in the camp.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate inputting of main data from patients case notes into the project’s Information System.
- Support the ongoing Beneficiary Satisfaction and feedback process; conduct structured interviews to beneficiaries exiting the program, using the Beneficiary Satisfaction survey; enter survey data into MAP’s Benenficiary Satisfaction database. This could require visits to homes of mothers in the camp.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports as requested by project coordinator.
- Maintain petty cash in Nahr el Bared office; keep prime entry records of transactions in accordance with MAP F& A guidelines.
- Regularly update the register for medical supplies and assets.
- Monitor stocks (stationary and cleaning materials) and resupply the office as needed.
- Ensure the timely pay of utilities ex. electricity, water, telephone, and internet.
- Data entry related to the project.
- Responsible for weekly data backup offsite.
- Filing and archiving
- Perform duties as assigned by security and safety handbook.
- Logistic support related to organizing meetings, awareness sessions, or others as needed and requested by the line manager.

Qualifications:
A diploma in computer Information systems from a vocational training center.
