The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer will be based in Bekaa with frequent field monitoring visits to other point of contacts at all Bekaa districts. The MEAL Officer will be working under the direct supervision of the Program Manager. The job holder will be mainly responsible for compiling data, assuring the data quality, following up on MEAL activities, and reporting; as well as assisting in the creation of assessment tools.
