Field Officer

THE JOB
We’re looking for a Field Officer to assist in the positive development GAME Lebanon is going through. You will become a team member of the office in Beirut with joint responsibility for scaling the impact through partnerships and project. You will be responsible to support the implementation of the t ‘Lebanon’s Youth Building Dreams’ - LYBD project’s activities

YOU WILL GET

• Responsibility for following up with the GAME Zones across the country 
• Chance to work alongside project’s partners for a successful implementation of ‘Lebanon’s Youth Building Dreams’ LYBD project. 
• A chance to support in planning and implementing events for and by our Playmakers 
• A unique experience in supporting innovative Street Sports projects 
• Ad hoc tasks to support the project coordinator and GAME’s Lebanon office development 

YOU HAVE 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience 
• Experience from managing volunteers, working with NGO’s or sports organizations 
• Ideally, a driver’s license 
• Strong skills in project implementation
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) 
• Ability to handle large workload and include manager in prioritization 
• Experience in organizing events 
• Passionate about social change and/or sports 
• Focused on the power of teamwork 
• Eagerness to work for an international organization and contribute through 

participation in cross-cutting teams 

ONBOARDING DATE 

April 1^st ,2021. The position is fulltime with occasional weekend and evening work depending on project’s activities (such as overseeing events).  The position is time limited to 24 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding. 

WORKPLACE

GAME Lebanon’s office in Beirut with regular travel to the project’s locations across Lebanon.
