Consultant CCFD

The Consutant is accountable to prepare a study where his/her mission should incorporate the following:

1. Review of previous similar projects (related to municipal youth committees) implemented within MS
   • • • Relevance of past interventions, including impact;
       • Documentation on lessons learnt;
2. Assessment of the current project

• Analysis of the project’s relevance and impact including recommendations for strategic sustainability ;
• Analysis of current context with emanating risks with regard to the project; 
• Mapping of current stakeholders working on similar initiatives on the national level; 
• Evolution of MS and CCFD’s partnership with regard to the project;
• Evolution of the project itself since its start in 2012;

a- Methodology:

Interviews with relevant MS and CCFD’s staff is sin qua non for the study’s finalization. Visits to Baisariyeh’s village, MS’ centers, municipalities and other implementing entities across the Lebanese territory is of a primary importance. Moreover, meetings should be forecasted with the members of the youth committee.

b- Deliverables:

• An initial work plan (submission not exceeding 5 days from the starting day).
• Report’s draft to be submitted within 10 days of study completion (MS and CCFD reserve the right to ask for adjustments deemed needed)
• Submission of final report comprising findings (quantitative and qualitative data with strategic recommendations) submitted in a period not exceeding 5 days maximum after MS and CCFD’s feedbacks on the first draft. The report shall be written in English.

• 20 working days.
