The Middle East Institute for Research and Strategic Studies (MEIRSS) is seeking a research intern to assist in drafting papers for publication.

The Research Intern is expected to provide support to MEIRSS researchers with the following:
- Media monitoring and data collection
- Assisting with drafting policy briefs and research papers
- Providing general logistical/organizational support to the team as required
- If deemed competent, independently work on a paper of common interest

Due to budgetary restrictions, the position is unpaid; however, work schedules are flexible and adaptable.

Requirements: BA or MA in International Relations, Political Science, Middle East Studies or any related field; good knowledge on the politics of the region; good command of Arabic and English; previous experience in research is welcomed.
