Human Resources Officer

The HR Officer is responsible for guiding and leading KAFA’s Human Resources practices to ensure that all units and functions have the necessary human resources to meet organization needs. The HR Officer will direct the planning and implementation of the HR strategy and develop and implement HR policies and processes including recruitment and staffing, performance management, training and development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and ensure proper implementation of an HR strategy, policies and procedures in alignment with KAFA’s overall strategy and ensure proper compliance is followed across units/functions within KAFA
2. Manage the development and review of an annual HR budget and ensure proper communication and coordination with the Finance unit
3. Ensure KAFA’s compliance with all legal and governmental procedures pertaining to all st matters
4. Enforce a learning organization culture and set up knowledge management processes
