Program Information
Over two years, the Women Entrepreneurs in Lebanon (WEL) Program aims to increase
entrepreneurship among women from marginalized areas of Lebanon through skill-
based training, coaching, and incubation and fostering an environment conducive to the
establishment of women-led business in Lebanon through targeted advocacy and lobby
activities.
Job Summary
Based in Southern Lebanon or the Bekaa Valley, the Field Coordinator (FC) will be
responsible for outreach, logistical, and liaison support in program locations. The FC
will report on daily activities to the Program Coordinator (PC), while also coordinating
with the PM on relevant activities.
Responsibilities
•Facilitate project activities and provide support to the WEL team from the field,
either South Lebanon or the Bekaa Valley
•Logistical coordination in the South or the Bekaa Valley, with the beneficiaries
•Serve as a liaison between the beneficiaries and the PC, PM and TA.
Organize with the PC, transportation for workshops and trainings in the South or
the Bekaa Valley
Required Skills
•NGO experience in field work is compulsory with nuance knowledge of local
program contexts
•Good communication and time management skills
•Fluent in Arabic and competent in English
