Program Information
Over two years, the Fostering Women in the Middle East (FWEME) Program aims to increase entrepreneurship among women from marginalized areas of Lebanon through skill-based training, coaching, and incubation and fostering an environment conducive to the establishment of women-led business in Lebanon through targeted advocacy and lobby activities.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day program logistics and activities. The Program Coordinator will be based in the Bekaa and Beirut.
Responsibilities
The position will be refined based on candidates' skills and interests, including some combination of the following responsibilities:

Provide scheduled reports to Program Manager and contribute to program monitoring and evaluation
Contribute to program outreach and publicity efforts as needed
Developing marketing products, including printed and web content.
Researching and contact potential donors and partner organizations in Lebanon.
Contributing to TYO-Lebanon's social media presence (blog, Twitter, Facebook).
Developing materials for TYO-Lebanon donors, including reports, press clippings and photos.
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

At least 3 years’ full-time experience in program implementation and management, specifically entrepreneurship or business activities.
International and intercultural work experience
Excellent organizational and program administration skills, and the initiative to apply them as needed without extensive direction

Experience producing communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, etc.
Excellent computer skills, especially in formatting, graphs, diagrams and tables.
Interest and experience with a variety of social media platforms
Strong interpersonal communication, research, writing, and organizational skills.
Educational background in Marketing and Communications; International Affairs, Education, and/or Development; and Middle Eastern Studies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, preferably experience in institutional relations in the non-profit sector
Fluency in Arabic and English.
