Project Manager

The Project Manager will be performing the following tasks: Managing ICT for Development donor-funded projects, insuring an effective and efficient delivery of project targets. Implementing the project tasks including production of project reports, proposals, presentations and other documents; Reporting and Communication with donors; Maintain specific activity files and other resource materials in an organized, accessible and up-to-date manner; Supervising the assisting project coordinator(s) and providing feedback and support to their missions. Assist in data collection and computer data input as needed; Assist in the administrative facilitation of project activities such as meetings, appointments, or other business communications with project staff, client and partnering organizations' staff; Assist with conference and workshop preparation; Assist technical staff with other administrative tasks as assigned. Represent IJMA3 programs to donors, government officials and other parties. Conduct pre-monitoring visits to assess the suitability of proposed projects and conduct assessments of partners. Conduct monitoring visits to assess the effectiveness of projects funded by IJMA3; Participate in the facilitation of meetings/workshops/trainings to help increase the local capacity of staff and organizations to respond to emergency and post emergency situations.
