About the opportunity
Integrity is looking to recruit mid-level consultants as Area Managers for a variety of short and long-term project opportunities across the Middle East and North Africa region. Positions will be primarily based in the region, including in Gaziantep, Turkey. 

Scope of Work    
Area Managers typically will be involved in the following activities:    
 

Supervision and training of field staff across the region, including remote management of staff.
General capacity building of field staff and other stakeholders, including donor staff where applicable.
Proposal development for community and provincial level projects;
Analysis and contributions to report writing.
Field Coordinators will focus on the following thematics: governance and accountability, livelihoods, education, conflict prevention. 
Supporting recruitment and capacity building for Field Officers and Financial Officers in the region; 

 
Profile

Experience working in the Middle East and North Africa;

Professional experience, specifically in monitoring and evaluation;

Demonstrable experience managing field research teams;

Prior experience with remote management of field staff;

Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex scenarios in operational planning and in reporting;

Fluent Arabic speaker.
