Graphic Design & Social Media Officer

Manage IHR’s social media accounts - Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram - with the aim of raising awareness about the organization’s work and values.
To work directly with the team and implement the social media component of each campaign as per the Communication plan developed in collaboration with the program teams and management.
To be very cooperative and responsive with the audiences of media and social media outlet.
Answer all inquiries generated by audiences (followers, etc.) on social media outlets.
Measure the impact and value of all media and social media campaigns and activities and provide adequate recommendations.
Assist, whenever needed, in the coordination and the management of IHR’s publication activities such as content management, norms for publishing, design, etc.
Assist in the development, supervision, and maintenance of IHR’s website, periodical newsletters and other social media mediums.
Coordinate with all IHR’s project team members to ensure that all activities are properly documented and subsequently publish them on various social networking and media sites.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
#MUST be proficient in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; After Effects is a plus.)
#Strong photo editing and imaging skills
#Ability to meet deadlines is vital
#Strong verbal and written communication skills
#Support the digital team across many different projects
#Assist in the creation of web and/or visual design executions.
#Retouch and resize photos
