Terre des hommes foundation has been present in Lebanon since 1977. We provide life saving child protection assistance to the most vulnerable children and their families regardless of their nationality, ethnic origin and religious affiliation. Through our child protection in migration and access to justice programmes, our staff support victims of physical and sexual abuse, worst forms of child labor, child marriage, severe neglect and children in contact or conflict with the law. We work with children, their families, communities, NGO and UN partners, local authorities and religious leaders

With the challenging business landscape and increasing number of grants, the Business Portfolio Assistant is needed to strengthen program design and increase the current pace of implementation while achieving the expected deliverables within the appropriate timeframe in an efficient and effective way. He/she will work closely with ARE’s Business Portfolio Manager (BPM) on the day-to-day activity management and will support in the account management of partners, grantees and stakeholders in ARE’s areas of implementation as per the below administrative, technical/operational and communication.

MOUVEMENT SOCIAL (MS) HAS BEEN WORKING SINCE 1961 TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OVER ALL THE LEBANESE SOIL IN A SECULAR AND NONDISCRIMINATORY APPROACH. MOUVEMENT SOCIAL WORKS TO BUILD SOCIAL SUPPORT NETWORKS AS WELL AS EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS TO ENGAGE IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY. The Business Portfolio Assistant (Beirut and Mount Lebanon, North, Beqaa, and South) and Program Assistant is an early career level position for a candidate that seeks to apply his/her financial and business analysis skills to strengthen program design and implementation. He/she will work closely with ARE’s Intervention Manager and/or Program Director on the day-to-day activity management and will support in the account management of partners, grantees and stakeholders in Beirut and ARE’s areas of implementation, research specific agricultural topics, review studies and documentation.

The purpose of this scope of work is to support the procurement of the services of the psychotherapist south to provide psychological support, psychotherapy session to displaced Syrians, other refugees when needed and members of the host community at the different IMC supported clinics/PHCs.
